Nara au VIIIe siecle fut la capitale du Japon avant Kyoto c'est a dire avant Tokyo!
Nara was the Japan capital in the 8th century it means before Kyoto and of course before Tokyo!
Horyu abrite les plus anciennes constructions en bois au monde. Datant de 607 puis detruit par le feu en 670 il a ete reconstruit au VIIIe siecle.
The city of Horyu have got the oldest wooden construction worldwide. Built in 607 and burnt in 670 it was rebuilt in the VIIIe century.
